Tickets are non-refundable but you can transfer the ownership by changing the name in your order. Deadline for the change is Fri, 28.02. – 23:59.
We recommend only doing so after you’ve received payment from the new ticket holder.

General

When selling your ticket privately we kindly ask you to send them all the received information so they are well prepared for the event.

We cannot be held liable for wardrobe.

With the registration or participation in an event or dance course, the participant gives his/her consent that the photos taken during the event, workshop or dance lessons may be published on the website of the association, on the social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, or similar) of the association, as well as the pages (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) of events in which Forró Darmstadt e.V. is involved, and in print media (e.g. newspapers, etc.). A further use of these photos by third parties can therefore not be generally excluded.

In case of group photo publications, the subsequent revocation by an individual person does not in principle result in the photo being removed.

The participant can revoke the declaration of consent for the future in writing by e-mail.
